Import your data from MassageBook

Switching from MassageBook

You can bring your existing clients and appointment history with you.

How it works (v1)

  1. Export your data from MassageBook — the exact
reports to download are listed there.
  2. Send us the export — v1 migrations are concierge-assisted, so our team runs the import
    for you.
  3. We do a dry run first: it previews how records will match your existing
clients before anything is written, so duplicates are merged, not doubled.
  4. Once the preview looks right, we commit the import.

What comes over

  • Clients — names, contact details (up to four phone numbers and an address), birthday,
    gender, and referral source.
  • Appointments — past visits with their service, duration, and total, plus upcoming bookings
    and your cancellation history.
  • Service menu — your services and their list prices, learned from your sales history.
  • Intake forms — attached to each client's record as the original PDF (kept whole, not
    retyped).

Payment and transaction details and clinical SOAP notes aren't part of v1 — but anything you
export that we don't import yet is archived safely from your files, so it's never lost and can
be brought in later. When you export from MassageBook,
send everything: once you close that account, whatever you didn't export is gone for good.

Who can do this

An account owner or admin starts the migration; our team runs the import with you. See
