Set up locations and rooms

Locations

A location is a place you practice — a studio, a clinic, a spa. Add your address
and hours so booking and time zones work correctly.

1. Go to Locations and click New location.
2. Enter the name and address. The time zone is derived from the address (you can
   override it).

Rooms

Rooms are the treatment spaces within a location. Scheduling uses rooms so two
sessions never get double-booked into the same space.

1. Go to Rooms and add each treatment room.
2. Assign rooms to the services that can happen in them.

Who can do this

Only an account admin can manage locations and rooms. See
User roles and permissions.

Tips

• One location with one room is a perfectly valid setup for a solo practice.
