Built for the way massage actually works.

Here's what we're building — a practice management platform designed around the actual workflows of massage therapists, with the access control architecture that the rest of the industry still hasn't figured out.

The one architectural difference that matters

Every competitor uses role-based access control — a checklist of permissions you flip on or off per staff member. MassageBook added a "SOAP notes without contact info" toggle in April 2025. That's a band-aid.

We're building Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) as the foundation: every data access decision evaluated against policy — who's asking, what resource, what action, what context. A therapist can create and read their own SOAP notes. They can see a client's first name on the schedule. They can't see contact info, billing records, or another therapist's notes. This isn't a checkbox. It's the architecture.

ABAC enforces least-privilege access to every client record — staff see only what they should. No other practice management platform models permissions this way.

This is a starting point, not a finish line.

We're building the platform therapists have been asking for. Every feature on the roadmap came from real practitioners describing what's broken in their current workflow. The ABAC access model isn't a feature — it's the foundation everything else is built on.
