Choose or change your plan

Picking a plan

See what's available on the Pricing page and choose the plan that fits your
practice. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe — you enter your card, confirm, and you're
subscribed.

Changing plans later

You can upgrade or downgrade any time from Billing. When the change takes effect
depends on which way you're going:

  • Upgrading takes effect right away. The charge is prorated — Stripe credits the unused
time on your old plan and bills the difference for the new one immediately, so you move up now.
  • Downgrading takes effect at your next billing cycle. You keep your current plan's features
until then, with no immediate charge; the lower price simply applies from the next invoice.

Your Upcoming invoice preview in Billing shows what your next charge will be after a change.

If your plan is priced per seat

Some plans are billed per seat — the price scales with how many team members you have. If
yours is, adding a member works like an upgrade (a prorated
charge right away), and removing one works like a downgrade (the lower cost applies from your next
billing cycle).

Free trials

If your plan includes a free trial, you won't be charged until the trial ends. You can
cancel before it's over at no cost.

Who can do this

Only an account owner, or a member with the billing or admin role, can choose or
change the plan. Plans are per account, so if you belong to more than one practice, each has its
own plan — change the one you're currently switched into. See
Work across multiple accounts.

Tips

  • Check the Upcoming invoice preview before confirming a change so there are no surprises.
  • Downgrading keeps you on your current plan's features until the change takes effect on the next
    cycle.
