Work across multiple accounts

One login, more than one practice
Your login is yours. A single account can belong to several practices at once, and you move
between them with the account switcher — no separate passwords, no signing out and back in.
Each practice is its own account. The accounts share nothing but you: your clients,
appointments, notes, and settings live inside whichever account they were created in.
When this happens
- You run your own practice and also work at a spa. Your solo practice is one account; the
spa is another (owned by the spa). You belong to both. - You're brought on as a provider at someone else's practice while keeping your own books.
- You operate more than one business and keep each one's clients and schedule fully separate.
What follows you, and what stays put
Because there's one you but many accounts, some things travel with your login and the rest stay
inside each account:
| Follows your login (everywhere) | Stays inside each account |
|---|---|
| Your email and password | Clients and their contact details, notes, and forms |
| Your name, photo, language, and time zone | Appointments and the schedule |
| Your notification inbox | Services, providers, rooms, locations, and closures |
The key thing to expect: client and appointment data is never shared between accounts. A
client you add at the spa does not appear in your own practice, and vice versa. When you're
looking at the schedule or a client list, you're always seeing one account at a time — the one
you're currently switched into.
Your role can differ per account
Your permissions are set per account, so they can be different in each. You might be the
owner of your own practice (full control) but only a member or admin at the spa. What
you can see and do always depends on your role in the account you're currently in. See
User roles and permissions.
Switching accounts
If you belong to more than one account, an account switcher appears in the main navigation,
showing the account you're currently in. Open it to see your other accounts and choose one — the
app reloads into that account, and everything you see is now that account's data.
- The switcher only shows up when you're part of more than one account. With just one, there's
nothing to switch. - You can only switch to accounts you're a member of.
- From the switcher, Manage accounts opens your full list at Accounts.
Joining or creating another account
- Joining an existing practice: the account's owner or admin invites you by email. Accept the
invitation and that account shows up in your switcher — no new login required. - Creating your own: from Accounts, choose New account. You become its owner
and are switched into it right away, ready to add your services and clients.
Who can do this
Anyone can belong to more than one account and switch between them — you only ever see
accounts you're a member of. Anyone can create a new account (you become its owner). Being
added to an existing practice requires an invitation from that account's owner or admin.
Tips
- Glance at the switcher before you start working — make sure you're in the right account before
booking an appointment or adding a client, since each account's data is separate. - Your language and time zone are personal settings, so they stay the same no matter which account
you're in.
