Pause, resume, or cancel your subscription

Pause and resume
Taking a seasonal break? From Billing you can pause your subscription to stop
billing temporarily, then resume it when you're ready. Pausing is the friendlier option if
you plan to come back — you keep your account without paying while you're away.
Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing. Cancelling stops future charges,
and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for — it doesn't cut off
immediately. After that, the subscription ends.
Coming back
Changed your mind? Resume a paused subscription, or start a new one from the
Pricing page. Your account data is still there.
Who can do this
Only an account owner, or a member with the billing or admin role, can pause, resume,
or cancel. Regular members can't. This applies to the account you're currently switched into, so
if you belong to more than one practice, cancelling one doesn't touch the others. See
Work across multiple accounts.
Tips
- Prefer pause over cancel for a temporary break — it's easier to pick back up.
- Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the upcoming charge; you'll still have access
through the period you already paid for.
