How online booking works

Published · Last updated

The booking flow

Clients visit your booking page (your subdomain or custom domain), pick a service,
choose a provider and time, and confirm. A time is only offered when three things
line up: the provider is available, a suitable room is open, and no closure blocks it.

What controls the times shown

  • Services — what can be booked, and how long it takes.
  • Providers — who offers the service and their availability.
  • Rooms — a free treatment space at the location.
  • Closures — time explicitly blocked off.

Who can do this

Clients book online with no account needed. Configuring what's bookable (services,
providers, rooms, hours) requires an account admin. See
User roles and permissions.

Tips

  • If a client says "there are no times," check the provider's availability, room
assignments, and any closures for that day.
