Delete and restore a client

Deleting is safe

Deleting a client from Contacts is a soft-delete: the record is hidden from
your day-to-day lists but nothing is lost, so future clinical and appointment history
stays intact.

Restore a client

Owners and admins can turn on the filter to view deleted clients.
Open the deleted client — their page is read-only with a Restore button.
Restore brings them (and their history) back.

Who can do this

Only an account owner or admin can delete a client, and only they can view or restore
deleted clients. See User roles and permissions.

Tips

Because deletes are reversible, there's no need to keep stale duplicates around — delete
freely and restore if you need them again.
