Add your providers

Providers

A provider is a therapist clients can book with. Each provider offers a set of
services and has their own availability.

Add a provider

1. Go to Providers.
2. Click New provider and enter their details.
3. Choose which services they offer.
4. Save, then set their availability (see Set your availability and closures).

Who can do this

Only an account admin can add or edit providers. See
User roles and permissions.

Tips

• A solo practice still has one provider — you.
• A provider only appears in online booking for the services they offer and the
  hours they're available.
